HOW WE WORK

The Caterer, Licensee & Hotelier News Group is a catering, licensed and hospitality trade only publication, distributed by direct mail to individually owned/operated businesses in the hospitality industry. The Caterer & Licensee is addressed to the person who has the purchasing authority within each establishment giving you the best possible opportunity to promote your products to the people that matter - decision-makers working in group owned/independent hotels, restaurants, bars and pubs.

There are considerable business advantages in advertising with the Caterer, Licensee & Hotelier News Group. One of which being cost, we endeavour to keep advertising costs as low as possible to ensure we can be a cost effective marketplace for yourself. Also our distribution and target audience are an ideal combination to ensure the best possible promotional opportunity for you and your company's products.

We also offer an in house design service which we provide free of charge for those companies who do not have large advertising budgets or are new to advertising, let our designers give you the best opportunity to promote you.

Areas

The Caterer, Licensee & Hotelier covers five geographical areas in the south of England and Wales. These are now incoporated into the collected Southern Edition. Each of the areas have their own page within the collected edition, which allows for companies who only operate in a more localised area to promote themselves to their own local customer base. The pages are also used for local news items relevant to those areas.

The remaining pages are "common" pages and are the same in each area; this enables companies who operate over a larger distribution area to promote themselves to a much more widespread customer base. These pages also carry news and editorial items which relate to the hospitality industry in general.

Target Market

The Caterer, Licensee & Hotelier is distributed by direct mail to individually owned/operated businesses in the hospitality industry. It is addressed to the person who has the purchasing authority within each establishment giving you the best possible opportunity to promote your products to the people that matter.

Monthly Features

The Caterer, Licensee & Hotelier runs regular monthly features on entertainment, classifieds, property and finance, recruitment and product portfolio (new products).

In addition we also run specialised features every month that are relevant to the time of year (see attached features lists).
