Top Chefs Set to Cook Up a Storm at the Hotel & Catering Show

This year, top leading chefs including Brian Turner CBE and Cyrus Todiwala OBE will make appearances in the Cookery Theatre at the Hotel and Catering Show to demonstrate to visitors to the Show the delights of cooking with local and seasonal produce. Taking place on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 March at the Bournemouth International Centre.

The world's top restaurant,the three Michelin starred elBulli, is to close for a period of two years as renowned chef Ferran Adrià looks to stimulate the restaurant's concept and introduce a fresh wave of creativity.
In a statement, the Spanish restaurant said: "elBulli will open from the 15th June until the 20th December during 2010. The opening calendar for 2011 will be announced in September 2010. elBulli will then remain closed to the public during 2012 and 2013. These two years will be devoted to think, plan and prepare the new format for subsequent years."
