British Hospitality Association is widely recognised as the principal trade association of the hospitality and tourism industry, with an influence now far wider than many people might imagine - or thought possible ten years ago - Bob Cotton, outgoing chief executive, told 800 members and guests at the association's annual general meeting at Grosvenor House, London last month.
