Food Quality is Key For Pub Grub Sales, Survey Says

Pub owners who want to ensure customers keep coming to their establishment should ensure the grub is top quality.
This is according to a recent survey by The Mystery Dining Company (TMDC), which asked 400 people who regularly eat out about why or why not pubs are a tempting option.
BHA and BBPA Win Major Victory in Long-Haul PPL Tribunal Case

The British Beer and Pub Association and the British Hospitality Association have secured a major victory that could save the industry £5m a year - with up to £20m now owed in refunds. In the long-running PPL copyright dispute, the Tribunal decision on the tariffs for the playing of music in public areas in pubs, bars, restaurants and hotels has seen the charges reduced dramatically, in some cases by nearly 80 per cent.
